The following customised programmes are designed to support participants in fully engaging, deepening their learning, and building relationships with their peers.

  • This is an interactive workshop to develop capabilities and skills in influence and impact, including creating an inspiring leadership narrative for key stakeholders. The session explores why story is important for leaders at all levels, starting with the role of narrative in driving change and positive impact and how to foster authentic and real conversations.

    Participants are supported in successfully engaging a diverse range of stakeholders, deepening executive presence and considering the importance of how they ‘show up’. A story framework is introduced that can be applied in all future communications.

  • This interactive session examines the key personal leadership attributes required to lead in any context and deliver a successful strategy. It considers how to develop our ‘inner game’: build self-awareness, clarify our personal purpose, explore our authenticity, and build personal resilience.

    The session draws on the leadership capabilities articulated in the Cambridge Leadership Capabilities Framework for Sustainability of which Zoë is a co-author, as well as other practices and tools that can be immediately applied in each learner’s context.

  • This interactive workshop helps develop the awareness, capabilities, and skills to support oneself and others in thriving in complexity and the common challenges we face in addressing it. It starts with understanding why we are not wired for complexity and how our natural impulses can work against us.

    There will be opportunities to share experiences with peers in plenary as well as in small breakout groups and to practice tools and techniques with others.

  • This session supports participants in cultivating a growth mindset and considers the conditions required to enable team members and colleagues to do the same. The workshop also explores the synergistic topic of psychological safety and how to embed it.

    Participants will learn from the frameworks and materials shared by listening to others' challenges and contributing their own stories in peer circles and in plenary.

  • This session will examine how to have difficult conversations and foster flourishing relationships with colleagues. You will explore how to turn uncomfortable conflict into constructive candour; how to embrace difference and diversity to develop innovative new approaches, solutions and perspectives,

    Participants will consider the different levers of power available to them. They will roleplay different work scenarios, practice open-ended questions and how to build empathy. There will also be a focus on the importance of deep listening.
