A major milestone and call for contributions

This week marks a major milestone in the birth of my book Story-Centred Leadership – Crafting Cultures of Change. I signed the contract with a publisher which means it should be out in the world this time next year! Now the real work begins and it definitely will take a LinkedIn village. Please get in touch if you have a potential contribution or knows someone who might. I’m keen to include voices from around the world to help illuminate the content.

So what’s it about? In a nutshell, it’s a practical guide for people who want to craft stories that inspire a thriving, purpose-driven culture in their organisation.

A snapshot of what I sent to the publisher: For Millennia, stories have connected us. They help humans survive and make sense of the world. Today, we need to rediscover the potency of stories and use that power to shape our collective destiny.  This book will provide the tips and tools to support readers to become accomplished creators and conveyor of stories in their context. It will help practitioners engage, inspire and motivate their key stakeholders to play their part in creating transformational change for a healthier planet and equitable world.
